"I had a terrible experience at Fidaro Service Centre for car cleaning. They were far from professional. After they washed my car, I noticed dust on the windshield and water still on the mats, which is ridiculous. Despite specifically asking them to clean the windshield and remove the water from the foot area, they completely ignored my requests. They didn’t even clean the boot space or the boot area, which I also pointed out to them. To make matters worse, they used dusty cloths, leaving visible scratches on my car’s surface. On top of all that, when I got home, I noticed my bumper was cracked—something that clearly happened during the wash. I’m extremely disappointed with the service and will never return. I would not recommend this place to anyone."
